Refund Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The order still contains all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is as received.

Only normal handling of the product is recognizable; damage due to improper handling is excluded.

For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

The product was immediately identified as defective upon receipt.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, we will confirm and process the return. Please note, Nyola Naturals reserves the right to refuse items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to improper handling.

⚠️ Important: Do not send returns back to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after receiving your request. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, if they are natural persons purchasing for private use:
A. Withdrawal Conditions
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, not the carrier) have received the goods.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Cancellation is not possible once the order is being shipped. Refunds are only possible after the goods have been received and returned to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at Support@nyolanaturals.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Note on Shipping in Transit
Our goods may be shipped internationally, which can lead to longer transit times outside of our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them. To speed up the process, please provide a shipping confirmation once you’ve sent the return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than our standard option). Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods. We will use the same payment method as your original purchase unless another arrangement is made. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
